We are very excited to announce our summer cooking series in conjunction with the fine foodies at Shindig!
Our first session will be held on Thursday May 16th from 7-8:30pm at the Jewett Farms + Co Showroom in Newburyport, MA. Shindig Chef Sean Ryan will be working with local produce from Tendercrop Farm to create the perfect taste of spring in New England. Each participant will have the opportunity to watch the process, taste the results and will leave with a recipe card and the know-how to make this delicious dish at home. And if that weren’t enough – the tasty bites will be paired with wines from the fine folks at New England Wine and Spirits.
Shindig is a local Newburyport business owned by Bethany Scalise and Sean Ryan. They create and cater events, parties and shindigs throughout the Merrimack Valley. Their enthusiasm and love of food is energizing and will turn even the clumsiest cook into a discerning foodie. We are thrilled to partner with Bethany and Sean and offer a taste of what local businesses have to offer.
