School buses are back on the roads, mornings have a slight chill and evening seems to be arriving earlier… summer in New England is coming to an end. Seems like a good time for some deliciousness from Shindig.
On Thursday September 19th Chef Sean Ryan will be sharing his recipe for a hearty Pasta Bolognese at the Jewett Farms + Co Studio in Newburyport, MA. Sean will be joined by guest chef Christine Passarella who happens to be in town for the weekend and has kindly volunteered to offer her flavor to this great night. Christine is based in New York City where she honed her skills at Todd English’s restaurant Olives.
Chefs Sean and Christine will be gathering their ingredients at Tendercrop Farm, keeping it local with home grown veggies and naturally raised meats. This will be a night of delicious tastes, great conversation and useful tips and tricks to bring home to your own kitchen. All happening in the full working kitchen at the Jewett Farms + Co. Studio Newburyport.
