Shindig Creates a Warm + Hearty Dish for Jewett Farms + Co

October may have came in like a lamb, but it’s leaving like an abominable snowman! Not to worry, the fine folks at Shindig warmed up the Jewett Farms + Co. studio for the last Shindig cooking demo for 2013.

Chef Sean created a tender and hearty braised short rib – you know, that dish that you crave as soon as the first frost hits! All the cooking demo participants not only tasted the deliciousness but left armed with the knowledge to make it at home. I’ll post the recipe card soon.

We have had a blast with Chef Sean and Bethany from Shindig, they are not only skilled at food preparation, but they also have a warmth that puts everyone at ease. This paired with a clear love for what they do makes for a fabulous shindig every time. We look forward to providing the venue for many more Shindigs in 2014!
