Open at the Boston Design Center!

Jewett Farms + Co. is officially open at the Boston Design Center.

On Wednesday November 4th we pulled the construction paper off the windows and opened our doors to the world. We may still have had our cabinet makers doing final adjustments and  installing hardware, and there might be a display that hasn’t quite been installed yet – but our doors are Open!

Our showroom is not the only new and exciting thing happening at the BDC and the Innovation and Design Building.  For the past year and over the next two, the building will undergo over $100 million in upgrades. Including new windows (check out the building – that’s a lot of windows!), new and improved lighting, ground floor entrance and main lobby renovations for 21, 23, and 25 Drydock and 300+ indoor bike racks. And then there are the shipping containers! Container kiosks are all along Drydock Ave, they will be home to Triangle Coffee, Jubali, Roxy’s Grilled Cheese and other vendors. The fabulous caffeination of Triangle Coffee opened the doors to their container the same week that we opened our showroom doors – coincidence or divine providence?

Come and visit us, our showroom hours are Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm. The new face of JF Boston is Paula Accioly, originally from Brazil, Paula has a wealth of experience in kitchen design and is excited to join the JF team and we are thrilled to have her with us.

We are celebrating our opening and the next chapter for JF with an Open House on Thursday November 19th from 4:30-7:30pm. We’d love to see you – RSVP here.
