A Covid Update

9 Min.

First, a thank you

This has been quite a year. And we would like to say thank you.

Thank you to our wonderful clients, our hardworking team, and our conscientious industry colleagues. We are all navigating a new world of social distancing, and we have been encouraged and inspired by the efforts taken to keep everyone safe and healthy while still designing, building and installing beautiful work.

Our new showroom is open

We are excited to announce that our new 2nd floor Boston Design Center showroom is officially open to visitors. While we still have a few areas to be completed, we want to show off everything we’ve done so far. At any other time, we’d be throwing a big party and inviting you all to celebrate with us. But, sadly, not this year.

However, we’d love to share our showroom with you in a safe manner. We are limiting numbers, wearing masks, consistently cleaning surfaces, and, most importantly, scheduling appointments for visits. The silver lining here is that you get undivided attention from our awesome Boston team, Paula and Kathleen! Here are a couple of sneak peek pics.

Looking ahead

If you’re considering a spring or summer 2021 kitchen remodel then now is the time to get started. Gather your magazine clippings, your Pinterest boards, and your dream kitchen ideas and schedule a time to chat with one of our designers. We’ve put together some information on getting started, how to organize your ideas, and ensure that your design time is used effectively.

Work goes on

Despite the sharp rise in Covid cases that we are seeing this Fall, we are cautiously optimistic that the precautions we have been taking since March will stand us in good stead to weather this new wave. Our team of cabinet makers in York, Maine has gone above and beyond in their commitment to keeping the shop working safely.

We have had a mask policy for everyone who enters the shop since last spring, along with extra cleaning and social distancing. While these things are critical, it has been the personal commitment to staying safe our employees make every day that has made the biggest difference and what we attribute to keeping our shop up and running.

Onwards to 2021

Thanks to you for your support this year. Despite the challenges we are proud of the work that has been created and excited for the work that’s currently in the pipeline. Stay healthy friends.
