Moderator – Tess Woods. Modern Luxury Interiors Boston
A proud member of Modern Luxury Media and Publisher of Interiors Boston, Tess Woods has spent her entire adult career in the New England media scene. More specifically, she has always focused on luxury, high-end home design, events, or a beautiful combination of them all. While she is a true Bostonian throughout the week – popping in and out of showrooms, meeting new designers, and eating her way through our city’s restaurant scene, she now lives in quintessential Portsmouth, New Hampshire with her boyfriend, Chris and their goldendoodle, Stella.

Michael Oh. TSP Smart Spaces
The founder of TSP Smart Spaces, Michael strives to make the complex simple – whether it’s creating efficiency in your business or bringing smart home integration into your home. His expertise in understanding complex systems stems from both his MIT Aerospace Engineering degree and raising twin daughters. Mike believes our lives are infinitely improved through technology at work and home and finds passion in the topics of smart homes, cyber security, and drones.

Debbe Daley. Debbe Dealey Designs
Debbe Daley is an award-winning published interior designer with 35 plus years’ experience in the design industry and home improvement space. Her company, Debbe Daley Designs services Boston, Portsmouth NH and the New England seacoast area.
Not only is Debbe an interior designer, but she is also a Licensed Home Improvement Contractor and educator of Interior Design at Middlesex Community College. Author of her first book, Interior Motives Designing A Career With Passion, Debbe was recently named as a Hero of Forbes Books. Her expertise and knowledge of design have been published in House Beautiful, Martha Stewart Living, USA Today Home, and TIME Stamped just to mention a few. Debbe is a member of the Interior Design Society, holds a seat on the IDS National Board of Directors, and is President of the Interior Design Society New England Chapter. She is also a member of the American Society of Interior Designers. Debbe’s passion and newest home improvement project is restoring and renovating a 1918 post and beam in Sandwich, New Hampshire with her husband James, and their mini gold doodle Kalli.

Sam Kachmar. SK Architects
Sam discovered his passion for architecture when he was a young child playing with Legos. The son of a builder and an artist, he translated his upbringing into what is now more than 20 years of architecture and construction-related professional experience. Starting as a construction apprentice in his adolescence, he was raised by craftsmen and has worked his way to a comprehensive, ground-up understanding and appreciation of construction and design. Sam earned a Bachelor of Architecture with Honors from Syracuse University and studied architecture intensively for one year in Florence, Italy. Prior to establishing Sam Kachmar Architects in 2007, he was an Architectural Designer at the notable architecture firms Marcus Gleysteen Architects of Boston, Massachusetts, and Poss Architecture and Planning in Aspen, Colorado. He was also a Construction Project Manager at S+H Construction, a high-end custom home builder. He has traveled extensively studying architecture and art, with a focus on Southeast Asia. Originally from the North Shore, Sam lives and works in the Huron Village community of Cambridge with his wife, three children, and dog.

Rens Hayes is not your typical engineer; he’s a marketing aficionado and a tech-savvy innovator who has turned the traditional world of structural engineering on its head. As the co-founder of H+O Structural Engineering, Rens has infused his passion for branding and technology into every facet of the company, creating a brand that’s as robust as the structures they design. With an insatiable appetite for marketing knowledge, Rens has delved deep into the world of click funnels, mastering the art of online engagement and lead conversion. His podcast has become a staple for industry professionals seeking insights and inspiration from the leaders shaping the future of AEC.
